Are travel quotes free?
Yes! Your first personalized quote is complimentary. I simply ask that you respect my time and expertise, as each quote requires time to research, price, and prepare.
If I provide a quote and you do not respond, follow up, or book, any additional quote request will be subject to a non-refundable planning fee. The fee varies based on the details and complexity of your trip and will be communicated to you before any additional research or planning begins.
Do you charge planning fees for honeymoons, weddings, or large groups?
Yes. Honeymoon planning, wedding travel, and group trips with more than 10 travelers may require a planning fee due to the additional time and research involved. Any applicable planning fee will be discussed with you and agreed upon before payment is requested.
How do you get paid?
For most standard vacation bookings, you don’t pay me a booking fee. I’m typically compensated by the travel supplier, such as a resort, hotel, cruise line, or tour operator, after your trip is booked and/or completed. Certain services, including additional quote requests, honeymoon and wedding planning, and larger group travel, may require a separate planning fee. Any applicable fee will always be discussed with you before payment is required.
Why should I book with you instead of online?
Online booking shows you options but I help you choose the right ones. I save you time, avoid costly mistakes, and make sure your trip is set up correctly from the start.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most vacations can be booked with flexible payment options, allowing you to make payments over time instead of paying everything upfront. Final payment deadlines vary depending on the supplier.
How far in advance should I book my trip?
Ideally 6-12 months in advance for the best pricing and availability, especially for cruises and all-inclusive resorts. I can also assist with last-minute travel when options are available.
What happens after I request a quote?
Once I receive your request, I review your details, research options, and email you curated travel recommendations based on your trip. From there, you choose what works best for you.
Can you help me choose the right resort or destination?
Yes! That’s one of the biggest parts of what I do. I match you with resorts and destinations based on your budget, travel style, and the experience you’re looking for.
Can you help with flights, transfers, and extras?
Yes. I can assist with flights (especially when packaged), airport transfers, excursions, and other trip add-ons so everything is organized before you travel.
What if something goes wrong during my trip?
If anything comes up while you’re traveling, I’m your point of contact. I help handle changes, issues, or disruptions so you’re not stuck figuring it out alone.
